You are asked, "Tell me what arrangements do you have for the disposal of your firearms in the event you cease to be fit and proper, for whatever reason, or in the event of your sudden death or incapacitation?" If there have been no arrangements made then you'd answer, "none" or similar. You are also asked, "Have you included instructions for firearms disposal in your will?" The answer is either yes or no.
