What a load of rubbish…

My son started as the floor sweeper , showed work ethic got offered an apprenticeship, did his time finished that ..then a month later he’s the foreman on site why …because he has a brain , relates to people , calls it as he sees it , has maturity and doesn’t suffer fools..can deal with paperwork!

Leaving the best man on the floor sees the best man on the tools get poached for better money ..ask the best man how things can be done better you might be surprised at his ideas and thoughts!

It may even make you a few more dollars!
