I would be VERY surprised if at this very moment, there is not a team of Constable Plod's Lickspittles currently beaverering away over a total rewrite of the aforementioned booklet and following their instructions to rewrite history to support and exonerate the Police confiscations and arbitrary law changes.

Perhaps, for two reasons, you should accept Muzza's kind offer to send you an "Old School" copy.

1... Good common sense no nonsense safety guidelines which are able to be understood and followed.

2....As solid Historical background.
