Today I was sitting on top of a hill watching 3 different "Hunters?" using roaring aides.... these clowns had no idea where or what was in the vicinity, they cotinued to roar and stalk each other for about 10 minutes before they started getting close enough to each other to be dangerous. I yelled out to them and all 3 nearly shit themselves when they realised how close they were to each other
I worry a bit about these loud speaker stag calls we use these days. I'm sure that while I was imitating (using the word loosely) a Sika single call with my hands and mouth and called in a few stags, no human would have mistaken me for a real stag. Now, I'm using the Graf boys caller and, well, I was half expecting to feel a sharp pain in my chest followed by a loud bang at any moment this past roar. Scary stuff. Much more scary than being attacked by a rutting stag
