    Goog questions but my answers not so much. The issue that I had with answering is that I am very black or white when it comes to having confidence and I struggle to accept that there are degrees of confidence. I am either confident about something or not confident (one or the other) but can’t seem to find it in me to be partially confident.

    It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
    What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!

    Yup, those are simple "yes/no" questions. There is no space there for partially confident as you say. Having said that, my direct interactions with the administration types have all been great, but I have heard a lot of people having massive issues that just shouldn't have happened.
