    In our old house, my b and e sage was in a detached shed. I had also beefed up the doors and bars (pipe) on the one window. Past without comment, and reinspection was never a issue.
    Please excuse spelling, as finger speed is sometimes behind brain spped........ Or maybe the other wayy.....
