75/15/10 black powder matters
All seems a bit too strange.
1 - the owner was relieved of it because he didn't have appropriate security or an endorsed licence.
2 - somehow it became reclassified and no longer needed an endorsed licence.
3 - owner contacted plod and yes, he could have it back.
4 - erm, sorry, it's lost.
5 - erm, so sorry.
6 - Fair Go make inquiries.
7 - oh, look, we've found it.
8 - owner collects "antique", without any mention of a new endorsed licence.
9 - what the f^k is plod playing at? Adding to his own collection. Maybe?
Oh dear, more Police incompetence: https://www.stuff.co.nz/national/cri...ore-body-found
Hmmm a possible homicide scene left unguarded for a couple of days. Defense lawyers would have a field day with that... "that evidence was planted in the days the scene was unguarded your honour!"Police were called to the scene on Saturday morning with the officer dismissing the body in the back as that of an animal, Stuff understands.
It was only when police were again called to the scene on Monday that they realised it was a person.
