FAL fee increase date?

I'm sure there was a thread on here about it, but I can't find it. Maybe it got culled. When do the FAL fees increase?

Theres nothing stopping you from starting the renewal process early, I asked FSA a while back, did a thread on it.

Add in the Endorsements and it is looking to be a very expensive enterprise with no guarantee they will issue the Licence(s) and you do not get your money back.
