As you're not planning to be there long enough to use it the 1 you posted should be ok. use heavy 10-12Ga screws and drill out the drive slots once installed. To remove just unlock and drill out the heads completely, remove the rack and use vise grips to undo the screws.

Alternately buy a small safe and bolt it into the same stud & 2 screws into the floor. Heads are inside the safe and easily removed later. Safe is useful as low security storage for other items later.
