    Yeah unfortunately this is the only way. I've been lucky and my places have not had boards over the inside of my garage walls, so I just screw in some 2x4 where needed, put a board over the lot and fix the safe to it.

    Also BIG fuck off washers are a MUST like 10-Ring has said!
