Had no problem, used my Real Me from IRD, thought everyone would be in the IRD system and have a Real Me to access.

I had to submit my photo 7 times
Not sure if 7th was the best, I got lucky, or they got sick of looking at my ugly mug.
I mean I know I have a face for radio and a singing voice for silent movies...but 7 photos.
I only have 1 face, and that only has 3 expressions

Another oddity. It asks if you have been out the country for more than 14 days in the last 5 years, then asks you to list which countries you have been to and for how long. There is no option to put in 0 months, so if it's >14 days, but <1 month, you can't give accurate information.

interviewer came around and did the deed with both me and the wife (both owners). phone call to independent witness as he is now out of town
all done. said my security was over the top but was happy

I did mine by phone call. Had all the serial numbers and information written down ( 6 firearms ). Took literally 20min. Done. No RealMe bs or forms to worry about.

Did my renewal 4 weeks ago thru my phone,4 months ahead of expirey date.Took me about 2hrs of buggering around.Their system accepted deloads and phone numbers.I just followed the advice my medical centre was given on phone numbers for FAL applications,it worked fine.
