Yep I made a typo once and got told off by TM.

That's a possibility. However the military has been telling the media that they are adopting the "CQB16" (I think that's it?) and I don't think they've put the dots together yet.
But I'm sure it's just a matter of time. Probably next year when they come into service.
I typed in my license number incorrectly once, Graeme.
I immediately sent another message to the seller, apologizing for my 'wrong license number'.
His response was 'TM don't care too much, so long as there is a license number attached to the question'.
I've been 'pinged' by TM for giving my mobile number to a seller, who reacted 'correctly' too and says he's quite happy to pay TM's %age, as they guarantee he gets his money.
?????
I was thinking last night, the police association wanted an enquiry into illegal firearms, they made a submission, and they've basically ignored the most common illegal firearms, shotguns and rimfires, and decided to chase the least common illegal firearms, MSSA's etc. Surely, if you thought restrictions and bans would make police officers safer, you would chase the guns most encountered. Unless you had some kind of other agenda? Hmm.
Yeah there's no need to strap the tinfoil on this time, pretty clear what the police ass' is angling for.
Don't get all paranoid about Trademe at least you need to input your license details and provide a mail order via the fuzz. How about the firearm sales through facebook???? That'll rip a hole in your ration book!!! Matching licensed owner ( theoretically) with buyer( licensed??)
I asked Crusher( via email) to tell me whether the practically brand new AK47's & hand guns found in a recent drug bust on the North Shore had their serial numbers in the fuzz computer records??? After all that would tell the law & order select committee whether these firearms were stolen from legitimate owners or illegally entered into NZ the same way as the recent 1/2 billion $'s worth of P up on 90 mile beach?????
Totally unexpectedly: NO REPLY RECEIVED. Gosh wot a surprise.
