Yeah his son was telling us about it at the petrol station yesterday, He's a well known guy his son said he'll be fine.
That was their pet stag they had him since a fawn it used to walk around in the house until his antlers got big

I heard about this yesterday and I wondered what the hell an adult hand reared stag was doing with its antlers on. I used to remove all hard antler well in advance of the roar for exactly this reason (safety). Hand reared stags are the bloody worst because they have no fear of humans at any time of the year but when they are in hard antler that are a right royal pain in the arse.
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!
Rule 1: Treat every firearm as loaded

Rule 3: Load a firearm only when ready to fire
