I once told-off a minor celebrity at the range for handling a rifle while someone was down range. Some people need to be told, hopefully only once.

OK, however, ignoring for the moment "your vehicle resident from hell", how do you react when seeing requests on this site from those , "seeking a bolt" for a firearm?

When it comes to firearm safety nothing else matters. You speak up and fuck anyone that gets offended. If the person has a firearms licence then i'm sorry but there is no excuse. An the Muppet behind the counter should have said something. You ALWAYS present a firearm with bolt open or out or with a chamber flag to a person or situation like that.
