Currently going through the process now. First time i did it 15-20 years or so ago it took a month start to finish.

Now it's -
Submitted application mid June this year
Firearms safety course early September
Referee interview last week
Interviews and safe check next week

Waipa district

I noticed on the myfirearms website my new firearms license number has already been added
