Thread: not again

The book will get thrown at the guy that pulled the trigger, the point that never gets made is how many calls to the authorities the farmer made in the years leading up to this to try to get the issue sorted.

A lot of times these situations descend into a he said/he said in a courtroom long after the actual event that caused the issue has passed from memory for the general public - and there's going to be a lot of courtroom and lawyer drama here I feel. Probably a self defence argument and a few other things that the powers that be don't like will be brought up and I suspect that this will be a case that might set quite a precedent. Not very good for anyone involved especially at this time of year.
