Thread: Not a 'Fit and Proper Person'

Both transport and hunting are necessary. Getting shot is a risk, getting killed in/by a motor vehicle is a much greater risk.
We seek to reduce accidents through high vis clothing, addressing carelessness, etc. but a zero accident rate isn't going to happen - in the bush or on the road.
