    Back to the original story, I wouldn't necessarily say the guy in the thread wasn't a fit and proper person per se: He was a right twat in the post and seemed to be quite the keyboard warrior to everyone, but took the easy path at the gunstore/gunsmith when they said it was fine.
    Nuff said.
