ill try find a link that I think I saved if you are keen on a read?

    Yes please.

I read an interesting snippet about the British' Cordite alternative, Rifleite (name not taken?), which was used by the Americans in their 6mm Lee Navy rifle, shooting 6mm x 60.

Interestingly, Rifleite, like Cordite, was hot burning and rifling-erosive. May of course just have been a hot load - a 6x60case, and a 75grain bullet at 3300fps/1000mps - quite respectable.
