Thread: Pot shots with a 308

Seems like another Bizarre sentence to me , shoot up someone's house and car with 2 adults and 4 kids inside , I think our justice system is disgustingly weak and don't want to hear another word of gun security or making firearms licences harder to obtain by officials when judges are handing out such pathetic sentences , this is where a major problem lies... no deterrent.

Surely he would have lost his licence , but probably got his mate to collect his guns from the copshop to hold onto them , im undecided on whos pissed me off more the F tard that fired the shots or the judge for such a shit sentence ..I think the judge as it sets an example across the whole country , I can see it now if he did kill someone inside the house ...its got manslaughter written all over it you no as hes just firing into the house not meaning to actually hit anyone

Boaraxa, you are being very kind. Firing a .308 so it lodges in a TV, through car windows... not as if he was shooting high, targeting their chimney. And the poor family hiding in the footwell of the car. This could have ended very badly. Again, like at Aramoana, someone heard threats and this time did not appear to have taken them to the cops.

I would say if any of the shots had connected then someone else's family would still be suffering so F#$K him and POX on the Judge as well, seems they live on some other planet than the rest of us
