Any decent home alarm system will be fine, like gonetropo said.
DSC panels are good and lots of options.
Either add an extra zone or create a seperate partition which uses a different code to disarm, so its armed 24/7. (Alarm tech can sort this for you)
PIR for the room and install a door reed on the inside of the safe door.
Add a module from Eyezon and you download the software to your phone.
Take it one step further, throw some CCTV cameras in the mix and you can still run them via the eyezon app.
If you don’t want the alarm guy poking around the safe you can pre run the wires yourself and even close the circuit for the door as the reed is magnetic.
He can just hook it up to the main system and your done.
I would recommend you invest in a UPS system hooked into your modem/fibre so in the event of a powercut you still have access etc.
