Haha yeah I'm just pissy cos hubby is busy sleeping after night shift, our bed wasn't made for sleeping!!!! ;)
pifft hes breaking the rules by sleeping in it then?
You're on the right track Rushy and you are the first person other than myself that I have heard using that expression!
We don't have a lawn :D ...but we do have flat mates. Fail.
we have four boys! think like ninjas!!!!
Anyway...Neckshot and Rushy...I have yet to hear what safety clothing you wear in the bush! And I'm hoping it's not like this!
(Good one, Davey!!)

Urggh! check his pins ha ha ,whatever falls out the draw dougie.I dont cam up like the army days i try to look like an unconventional hunter, more like are you heading to the supermarket jase nah gaarn for a hunt!.
No Dougie, Davey's wearing blaze over buff. Must have been a cold day. When with others I wear a blaze vest, when by myself no blaze I have never given that much thought so don't really know why. My preference is not to wear it.
I feel blaze is like a beacon! or lead magnet.
Dress like a deer I'ts obvious these clowns don't no what one looks like , may be safer.
The pic of me and the boy in our yellow hivis was at a place that on two occations I have had a rifle pointed at me (while not wearing blaze or hi vis). It was a nice place for a walk and I took the other half there for his first day trek experience (when the photos were taken). I don't think I'd ever go back there again unfortunately just because of the idiots that I encountered on those two other trips. The first time ended up in my tramping partner's brand new tent getting shotgun fire through the vestibule as some muppets rocked up in their hilux at night and took a shot at a possum near us......'us' being 35 kids on their first outdoor experience and the four instructors.
Anyway we kitted ourselves out in the cycle gear to hopefully give a big f-off impression that we were people and not to be shot at. We didn't see anyone else that day anyway.
I have new new NZHS beanie but previously just wore a wooly brown/grey one. I have only the one blaze cambo bush shirt that usually only comes out when it is cold. I think I might invest in a light shirt in blaze though.
Interesting how deer can see blue/purple? I'm a noob when it comes to them anyway but I guess that's something to keep in mind.
