About LinkBacksChaps. Need a bit of quick advice. Think I know the answer already, but thought I'd check. I want to send a firearm via courier to a bonafide gun shop, does the gun shop owner/recipient need to complete the "Mail Order Sales of Standard Sporting Firearm(s)..." form and take to the police station before I send the gun off.
