"Hore, who was not present for the appeal, pleaded guilty to one charge of supplying a firearm to Parker, who was an unlicensed person."
"The court heard the shooting party of six was travelling on an ATV when Parker and two others, Carn Parata and Quinton Gallagher, fell off the vehicle as it went over rough terrain.
The men later claimed a firearm fell off the vehicle when it discharged causing injury to Parker's arm.
All three men who fell off the vehicle were highly intoxicated, St John ambulance officers who attended the scene said."
"St John volunteer Jayne Hazlett said Gallagher, Parata and Parker were highly intoxicated.
She described Gallagher as being agitated, stumbling and even approaching the injured Parker and slapping him while he was on the ground.
Hazlett said she had to push him away from the injured man, who was described as being so intoxicated he couldn't feel any pain.
The party claimed Parker only drank five to eight stubbies of beers, but later she was told he had consumed bourbon."
"She recalled members of the party saying they should stick to the story."
"Police were of the opinion they were not given the full story,"
"Hore displayed a "total disregard" to the Arms Act, consuming alcohol, supplying a firearm to an unlicensed person, and failure to meet regulations around security, Jensen said.
"It is my opinion that Hore cannot be trusted to use firearms reasonably and that his decision making in respect of supplying an unlicensed person, alcohol consumption while in possession and control of firearms, breach of security and other behaviours from the 2005 firearms incidents indicate that he cannot be trusted to use firearms reasonably and does not meet the good character test."

....Judge Michael Crosbie reserved his decision. He has to think about it?! For the record, this is second trip before the courts for being a dickbag while in possession of a firearm
