Nobody said or implied that.
What we said, just to translate that in plain English for you, is that as long as you have these DUMB policies going beyond the legal requirements set by the existing law, people are taking their business somewhere else.
The end result is that you are loosing the customers!

They're not but people are implying they are part of the reason for the little guys demise.
