Thread: Two FAL holders on one property?

My belief is that the FSA will not have an answer to this and have not written a clear answer into their policy, nor will it be in the arms act. Someone will simply make a decision on the day. Likely to err on the side of forcing registration on you and will find some way of justifying their decision even if they can’t point to where it says in black & white, because they’ve made an interpretation that they prefer. It’s how a lot of legislation works, and rarely in favour of the little guy.
