U.S. police deputy nearly killed on duty.

This was reported on the U.S. CBS news site a week or so back.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y0SsIZbkQGQ

Apparently her father and grandfather were both former police officers and she was taught to shoot at very young age.

One less illegal alien for Donald to fret about.

    Atta girl.
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!
Rule 1: Treat every firearm as loaded
Rule 2: Always point firearms in a safe direction
Rule 3: Load a firearm only when ready to fire
Rule 4: Identify your target beyond all doubt
Rule 5: Check your firing zone
Rule 6: Store firearms and ammunition safely
Rule 7: Avoid alcohol and drugs when handling firearms

She did well, gave him a whole mag, sounds like.

Spare a thought for the old school cops who had to start a shootout with 6 rounds DA, and a very fiddly shaky reload.

That close with a .357 Mag you don't need a reload one or two shots will do, Revolver shooters learn to use just enough ammo
to do the job you can't miss fast enough to win a gun fight

Here is the next video that youtube fed me after I'd watched the OP video.

Shows how a pistol is very useful as an offensive weapon, not just defensive. And of course shows some brave, well trained cops. No surprises how it ends as the guy behaved like wanting to do a selfie-by-cop.

Yeah mate..this is the type of shit that fucks it up for law abiding gun owners ,with a drop kick like this, running around like this.Best thing about it is that he wont be around to do it again, then again,.......he should never have been allowed to have a firearm in the first place.

The anti gun lobby is running with this, but it makes people like me more adamant about the “RIGHT”to carry a firearm to defend myself, and others.I get there are huge arguments on both sides of the fence, but the very fact that the yanks have in essence, lost there ability to control who has firearms, makes my stance, and others that much more definable. Its a shit pie for sure, case in point,go to parts of South America, that’s an even bigger shit pie when it comes to gun control(lol)....
