Accuracy doesn’t seem to be as important as getting the numbers up, based a on a recent report from a friend who just had to register 150 firearms he has become a verified user to check the accuracy , after I warned him about the mistakes in my relatively paltry number when I registered
He had a cursory check and found 22 duplicates and is going to now doing a deeper dive to see how many serial numbers are incorrect make models etc.
A Friend of mine has just done 97 registrations, and when he rechecked he still has 97 in the system, except about 25 are missing,
replaced by duplicates of his other entries.
