As I said, great for you if you have factory stuff which is easy. It's when you have one-off and need to get them correctly listed is where I am hearing the issues are coming in. I understand the point you are making, but all this should have been ironed out prior to go live - or the entire thing paused to get it fixed. If you think of the sample size on here, vs the issues reported - it basically means that the entire dataset held in the database is compromised through poor accuracy. If you are calling them over the phone to get things corrected, correctly entered, or to correct transactions then it's not an online automated database and we are paying through the nose for a complete fraud in effect. As a taxpayer that also offends me deeply as what are we up to on this charade so far, probably north of a billion NZ $? Eventually the whole thing will come to a crashing stop if it's this rough and we are only in year two - that's the basic thing with databases as the bigger they are the more records are affected and the harder it is to fix the errors and glitches.
