Thread: Why bother with justice system?

You just beat me to it - I was about to start another thread/

Discharge without conviction - FFS - This was for possession of two guns, a pistol and a sawn off shotgun. One is illegal and the other very tightly controlled and not even allowed to be possessed by a normal FAL.

On top of all this the guy is 22 years old, so can hardly say a misled youth.

The system is a joke - The judiciary are making an absolute mockery of the law - I get caught with an unlocked firearm, accidental, in the house - I lose my FAL - this guy participates in a house shoot up, deliberate, and gets a discharge.

There really does need to be an explanation here.
