Don't store Rio ammo like this!

As the title states. Don't store Rio ammo like this! After my last shotgunning session the boxes these shells where in got lost so I threw them in this container, mistake. But, I have Eley, Winchester and even Guncity brand ammo stored like this with not rust problems. Now the job of cleaning off the rust and preventing more from forming, awesome.

Not only have you rust you've been spammed.
As to the rust. All of the brands you mention can rust as the shell bases are brass washed mild steel. I've had Ely and fiocchi shells rust in the pocket of my shooting jacket when I've been out when its been raining.
I don't like the look of the blue one it looks a bit bent.

After you clean em up, wipe a thin film of oil over the metal to prevent it rusting again.
    Stay away from the primer.

Update: I filed off the rust and dabbed on a bit off rust inhibiting primer.
