H&F giving away ear muffs. The store makes nothing out of licences, so as long as you don’t buy anything there, you’ve got one over them
Guncity is doing shell belts I believe. I don't know whether Hamills in Te Awamutu are doing a licence offer also?
wont be going to H+F anytime soon.
So apart from a shell belt I wont use (and me and my sons shotguns are legal) from GC that's about it in Christchurch?

Have to say that I use previous freebies from H&F quite regularly, head torch and pocket knife. While they may not be premium items, they haven't fallen apart yet and are still working.
Yea I still use the gerber skeleton knife and head torch I have scored in the past,might be a new set of muffs coming up I reckon.
if any of you fellas still have the dacota cutlery larger pocket knife with the green plasic handle thats similar to a gerber gator and feel so strongly that you dislike H&F that you are going to chuck it away.....you can chuck it my way and I will say "THANK YOU" ever so much.....I absolutely love mine,cut up a fallow with it on Saturday and it only reinforced how good it really is....
I don't even want to by a Duck shooting licence after Fish and Game threw semi auto owners under the bus in recent days.
I didn't know F&G did that, I thought they had been quiet. They seem to be reducing the number of shells you can have loaded around the country for duck hunting. Three shells total is the limit in a few places, so throwing semis under the bus would fit.Quote:

Got my free ear muffs today,look ok ..for free.
they WORK very well,Mrs n I tried them out while I minced up the fallow I got last weekend(mincer is very loud n whiney),the sound was very mild,possibly better than any of the other ear muffs we own.

Oh bugger, just bought my license from H&F and got another crappy knife. GC just as close to walk to.
Guncity F'd up and don't have any gear bags in stock yet. Giving you a shell holder instead that you can swap later on if you wish.
That's the story in Hamilton at least.
they work ok as they are...will sharpen up very well if take the shoulder back..and if so inclined,the serated bit can be removed on grinder in seconds.... I have one with and one without LOL.Quote:

Yeah. We ordered them 10months ago. Factory let us down. We have either a shell bag or a shotgun bag you can bring back and swap for the duffel bag when we get them in or wait till then or just keep that bag. They are landing in country next week so not too far away.Quote:

Looks like all stores other than Northshore and Hamilton have their giveaways in stock for GC and those ones won't be far away. Just remember we can only do the giveaway to the person in front of us for their own licence. Can't do multiples etc or send 'em out or anything like that.
