Thanks Guys, camera is a canon 70D with a Canon 24-105mm L lens. Basically just set the shutter speed to 1/1000 seconds, set the camera to "burst" mode, set the focus, point it in the right direction, hold the shutter down and hope you come out of it with a good shot.

Shutter speed could have been a little faster for sharper results.
