Thread: Girsan MC312

Hi Team , looking to replace a semi auto shotgun I lost in an accident , just wondering if anyone on here has or had a Girsan MC312 and do you rate them ? whats your thoughts on them

They are hit and miss I had one was a bugger of a thing. They are inertia like a benelli or stoger

Thats what i like to hear actual in the field results , country cuts what was the main problems you were having ?

Had to do a bit of work on the reciver it was catching and file the ejector claw it was rounded and not pulling the shell out properly. Being inertia it booted a bit with the 42grn loads too

Is that after a heap of shells through it ? I had a remington 1100 which is at the bottom of a local river , had it for 20 odd years never missed a beat, so looking to replace , there seems to be a lot of new players out there now, so im trying to pick something cheap and cheerful so to speak even good second hand would suit me.

Just like that I bought A Franchi off trademe , might save a bit of grief in the future lol.
