    hammer shotguns

just received my copy of Diggory Hadoke's new book - Hammer guns in theory and practice.he has written two books, most widely known is Vintage Guns for the modern shot.He is always enthusiastic and is a wonderful read,Fishpond is probably the best place to buy this book. i can recommend all of his books as very informative.

for those that are considering buying this book,approx.$70,this is the price i paid from fishpond, but i see there is now another supplier on this site offering the same book for $49. bugger. also received the new book out on "Beretta". this is a coffee style book more concerned with imprinting the Beretta image than information about guns.it has lots of A4 colour photos, but it is in the style of a glossy magazine but lots of it and bound in hardcovers. the best book on Beretta's is "the world of Beretta" by R.L.Wilson. now here i got lucky i got a new copy from the Amazon site, delivered to NZ. for NZ$18.50. try buying that today.
