    Evidently some of the norinco repros will digest 2 3/4 ok.
    I load brass 16 gauge birdshot and solids for a cape gun and 2 1/2 inch roll crimps for an old hollis black powder sxs so it can be easily done.
    My advice is to get in touch with the rod and rifle club in Palmy. Someone there should be able to sort you out.
