Thread: Ported Chokes

Hi folks.

I'm getting everything together info wise prior to going for Beretta.

I see you can get the optima HP ported chokes which fit the gun I'll get.

What are the pros and cons of ported chokes?

I mean they look cool and scary and I'm assuming they: Increase noise, reduce muzzle jump and potentially reduce felt recoil as their enabling the escaping games to come out quicker.

I did a quick Google but would want to hear from kiwis who have some experience with them?
