Thread: Ported Chokes

I ported my old single bakail with a black n decker drill and 4mm drill bit...5 holes about 15mm apart in two rows at 10 and 2 oclock....it does SLIGHTLY reduce barrel lift and I m deadly with that gun....many times Ive threatened to do it to another but havent been game to take drill to expensive magazine gun..... so in effect I ported for downward thrust only...and it works. have contemplated doing it to an extended choke...will only be room for one of two holes...hmmmm got me thinking now...
