Are change in fire postion. Lying down as above you will be mounting the gun in a different way to standing. See if you can set it up and then have a go with a clay bird machine. You should be able to move your blind about to simulate what birds do when they come into your set up.
I'd leave the gun alone if it fitted you fine when standing.
