    Don't know if this helps but I got @Doubleshot to do my 1970's Laurona Eibar U/O shotty in Ceracote as part of its refurbishment - and I got a colour that looks pretty damn close to bluing - I think Midnight blue. But I"m sure that can be confirmed by Craig.
    I'm drawn to the mountains and streams, its where life is clear, where the world makes most sense!

    @Chop3r does rust bluing, not expensive and looks mint.

    As ONYVA says I do rust bluing and all steel is taken back to clean steel i.e no bluing left in any way prior to the new coating being applied.
