Thread: Sporting clays

I used to do a lot of trap shooting back when I was at school, then mainly sporting after that. These days I only get to go to a shoot (possibly two) per year. When the kids are older I'm going to get them into it like my Dad did with us. That should give me a good excuse to do a lot more.

I shoot with a group of guys here, 10 of us. We have our own traps 6 and all with wireless remotes etc. Bloody good fun and a great way to spend a sunday morning once a month. Other guys also shoot every thursday afternoon but I have to work
I don't have a fancy gun, I use my 20g. Have jut brought some 28g inserts for it also, for fun.
Brought it for upland hunting and then got invited into joining these guys.
Now I just need to find a good 12g when I can afford it,
If I had to give up some shooting clays would be last to go
