Ongoing cleanup found these, bigger than 20 gauge,smaller than a 12 gauge and primer is inside case and facing internal space so any firing pin would need to fit down inside from open end.
Do not remember where they came from and can not imagine their use.

Maybe but rim is too big for a shotgun and shot gun primer is internal and facing wrong way for firing pin.Quote:
