We not going to a driven shoot bro, leave that shit to those who only want to shoot pheasants and not actually hunt them. More like a Nissan Safari trip bro @Pointer

Not a problem , the fact my training corse got pushed out to the game bird season was a blessing . I did know you would have jacked up some fishing if I'd asked you .
Next time I visit North Island I will get as far away from Auckland as I can . I had some major navigational issues in that place I tell you !

Plus we'd look like we stole it ! A brown boy and a unshaven scruff from the south driving a rangie ! Cops be over us like bees to honey !

Driven shoots are shooting, not hunting, but the dog work is about as good as it gets. Unless you are one of those fancy Pointer fellas!

Rather hunt pheasants over my dogs, if I want them to sit next to me and only do retrieves I will go duck shooting from my maimai.

We ended up in the front block on Sat arvo & seen most of our birds there, only heard 1 rooster by railway lines.

Traditionally the valley straight ahead from the woolshed holds the best numbers in the forest.

hahah isnt that that truth ! mind you I can see a day out in good kit , a nice lunch and good company would be pleasant if you had dollars to burn -i dont . Also the picking up if your dogs are sharp and dont make you look like a right ----- would be good . Nothing like hunting over a pointing dog tho in my mind
Tweed or not to Tweed that is the question

@Munsey I think the Ranger is a better option, can put dog box's in/on the back.
