Thread: feed advice for growing pup

Hi All

My Pup is reaching the grand old age of 1yo i'm currently feeding her on puppy coprice supplemented with fattytrim raw puppy roll (frozen stuff from a feed shop) never really had a lot of faith in the cop rice after someone on here probably rightly called it "flavored saw dust" but she was weened on it before i got her and i justified it to myself as supplementing with the puppy roll +she seems to be doing well enough on them.

Anyway where i am headed is, in the next few months i'm looking to move her onto an adult biscuit with a similar fatty trim roll, just wanted to hear from those with experience with similar breeds (she's a gwh x) what you feed em, the budget is healthy but your eukanuba's and nutra are a bit rich. I have few mates with dogs and those that do are over fed house types, mines at the beach or river every other day at worst, duck pond every weekend, training along the way and following the kids round the yard when possible and i'm loving the journey as is she it seems.

realize this kind of thing is open to debate but just after a few ideas without having to try her on different ones and see what happens, Also has anyone heard of "Uncle Albers"dog food (pictured below)another oz brand, the local feed supply place is promoting it but i read reviews from across the ditch that were;t flash,he's given me a couple of sample bags that i have only used a couple at a time as treats, she seems to love it but hey fat kids love cake and i reckon it made her thirsty as even after a little.
