This has gotta be a puppy, paws look too big IMO? A friend of mine has a retriever crossed with some kind of spaniel (not sure if its a cocker though) and it looks similar to this but its a lot bigger, closer to this size of a retriever. Im no expert though :D
Don't think I could cope with a "permanent puppy", you would have to be insane!!!!!!!!

Well its not a puppy they reckon its fully grown, I know what you mean about puppies driving you insane though.
I must admit I am a toy dog lover -they are just so damned cute -even the chihuahua, Mexican hairless ,bichons -if I could id have one around the house but a few Setters will be enough work for this year one things :x_x:

Quite frankly I do not care for little dogs...I know they are and were invaluable in rabbiting teams, and how many possums/rabbits, and the diverse murids and muscalids the Jack Russels, Russel Jacks, Fox thingies, Aussies terrors and so on must have accounted for over the decades is beyond the realms of reasonable guess...
So more importantly is this dog real? Mum is keen for a little dog like that and I still belive its going to be an effective chick magnet

Toby have you looked at spoodles for your mum? My mum has three of them, and as long as you get them from a good breeder they are great little dogs, and the ladies love them!

This is one of mums, great lil dogs, easy to train, this one will retrieve anything from anywhere catches rabbits all the time too. weighs about 10kg so not a tiny dog but still small enough.

Yea they almost do, very soft coats, dont drop any hair so need haircuts every few weeks, my old man just does it with the kitchen scissors though.
Can you get black ones? mix it with possum fur :D
Yep, the other two my parents have one is all black the other is black with some white, Attachment 8092 thats the male of the three, he's a bit bigger bout 14kg maybe 40cm to the shoulder (he's a bit old n lil fat now) sorry for average photos its all ive got!
