Thread: Scottish video re tail docking

Hi Eeebeees, i hope you dont mind my asking: whats the situation on docking working dogs in NZ? Here in germany hunters are the only ones allowed to have their dogs docked, and only some breeds. Makes sense depending on the terrain you are hunting in. Where i hunt there is an abundance of wild blackberry and raspberry bushes and i witnessed one dog ruining his tail so it had to come off... the poor lil fella was completely shocked and inable to communicate properly afterwards...besides having had lots of pain.
