@picapica, our Accredited Tail Dockers can still dock puppy tails of historically docked breeds, however this will, should the bill be passed, cease in October 2018 ... dogs that are docked within 72 hours of birth have no problems 'communicating' through their lives ... this communication aspect is one of the nonsensical reasons people will use for the banning of tail docking ...
