    Skin tag

Without sounding pedantic . My dogs got a skin tag on his front leg/shoulder . I'm guessing this will get torn , or even torn off when he's hunting this bird season . Anyone know if this will bleed much ? Should I get vet to remove ?

Think they're like a wart with no blood in them my dog has 3 or 4 but never seem to get caught on anything .We get them too Munsey .
Just a note : My dog is prone to ripping toe nails right off ,never seem to bleed either & sore or not they don't slow him down let alone stop
him doing what he loves doing .Hunting ducks & pheasant I think he'd do it till he drops .
If your worried you vet will probably nip it off with a little local.

If you are really worried about it then you could do what my uncle did to one that he had. What he did was bind some cotton tightly around the base of it. It eventually fell off much like a lambs tail that has been ringed.
