Agreed. His writing style is very direct, which gets some peoples noses out of joint. However I would challenge anyone who has a problem to give him a call, he is a very personable sort of guy who loves what he does. The fact that he fields calls from all corners of the country every night, sorting out others problems is testament to the guy. Always has time to help those that want to know. I particularly like his approach to dog psychology, and find it lines up with the best handlers I know, which says something.

For those that don't like him, don't pay heed, I'd imagine that's a simple enough conclusion?
