Im no expert but last time my dog had a lump like that it was something cut her, they think a bone. Cost $200 for a weeks worth of tablets to sort it.

It was a squishy but hard center on my dog. Hope thats of some help

I agree that is likely a cyst. Does it cause a pain reaction in the dog when you press them firmly?
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!

Rushy you could poke him in the eyes with toothpicks and as long as he was getting attention he would love it !
It doesn't seem to bother him so haven't taken to vet

Munsey use modern technology and email the photo to your vet, tell him they are not worrying the dog and ask whether they are likely to be cysts or something more sinister.
    Munsey likes this.

Munsey how long has this been on the dog? Did it just appear over night or something just building up slowly. If its infection antibiotics probably will sort it for 7-10days. Id be suprised if its fatty lumps on the face.

email the vet. Hopefully they wont say the usual "can't say without seeing the dog"...
infact email few. Get second and third opinion...

That doesnt look like ringworm to me, Munsey. Ringworm is quite distinctive.
